On July 26, 2010, William F. Hogg, Jr., Executive Vice President of Manufacturing and Client Services of Valassis Communications, Inc. (the “Company”), delivered notice to the Company of his plan to retire effective January 1, 2011, which coincides with the expiration of his current employment term.
