Subsequent Events	(16) Subsequent Events On March 20, 2012 we voluntarily delisted from the Nasdaq Capital Market and began trading on the OTCQB marketplace. Our stock symbol, NANX, did not change. On March 26, 2012 we terminated our unused credit line, as described in Note 6.
