Item 8.01 Other Events

DIVIDEND PAYABLE. On June 13, 2018, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a stock dividend of one (1) Common Stock share for every one hundred (100) Common Stock shares owned. The dividend will be payable to stockholders of record as of July 2, 2018. The Company’s stock dividend shares will be issued and mailed out on August 24, 2018.
