Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

On April 28, 2011, QuickLogic Corporation (the “Company”) appointed Andrew J. Pease, QuickLogic’s President and CEO, to QuickLogic’s board of directors. Mr. Pease will serve as a Class I director with a term that expires on the date of QuickLogic’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders in 2012. There are no arrangements or understandings between Mr. Pease and any other person pursuant to which Mr. Pease was selected as a director. There are no transactions involving Mr. Pease that would be required to be reported under Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K.
