Related Party Transactions	7. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS During the nine months ended December 31, 2018 we accrued unpaid Board fees of $69,750 owed to our non-employee directors as of December 31, 2018. As a result of entering into a Separation and Consulting Agreement with our former CEO, we paid out accrued vacation of $32,083 to that former executive in December 2018 (see Note 8 and Note 13). That accrued vacation was previously recorded in the due to related parties account.
