On February 28, 2005, USF Corporation and Yellow Roadway Corporation participated in an investor presentation regarding their announcement of an Agreement and Plan of Merger between USF Corporation, Yellow Roadway Corporation and Yankee II LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Yellow Roadway.
