DREYFUS FLORIDA INTERMEDIATE MUNICIPAL BOND FUND

We are writing to follow-up on previously mailed proxy materials regarding the Special Meeting of Shareholders of Dreyfus Florida Intermediate Municipal Bond Fund (the “Fund”), scheduled for November 12, 2007.
