Income Taxes	Note 4 – Income Taxes Seaboard’s tax returns are regularly audited by federal, state and foreign tax authorities, which may result in material adjustments. Seaboard’s U.S. federal income tax years are closed through 2011. Seaboard’s 2013 U.S. income tax return is currently under Internal Revenue Service examination. There have not been any material changes in unrecognized income tax benefits since December 31, 2015. Interest and penalties related to unrecognized tax benefits were not material for the six months ended July 2, 2016.
