Base Salary Increase

An increase in the base salary of Michael Barth, Chief Financial Officer of Acorn Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) and DSIT Solutions Ltd. (“DSIT”), from $150,000 to $175,000 was approved on August 17, 2009 by the board of directors of the Company and the board of directors of DSIT.  The increase is effective retroactively to August 1, 2009.  No changes were made to the base salaries of the other named executive officers of the Company.
