PROXY INFORMATION

Shareholders of the AIM and INVESCO Funds have been mailed proxy statements
asking for approval of various proposals. The proxy statements for each AIM or
INVESCO fund contains disclosure information about the proposal(s) for which
votes are being solicited.

The meetings were held on October 21, 2003 as scheduled, and reconvened meetings
were held on October 28 and November 4, 2003. Certain proposals have been
further adjourned until 3:00 p.m. on November 11, 2003, in order to solicit
additional votes. The reconvened meeting will be held at the same location.
Funds whose meetings have been adjourned to solicit additional votes on
proposals are listed on the drop down menus below for the AIM Funds and the
INVESCO Funds.
