Item 8.01. Other Events.

On June 26, 2023, the Board of Directors of WisdomTree, Inc. (the “Board”) appointed Win Neuger to serve as Chair of the Board. Mr. Neuger is an independent member of the Board under the rules of the New York Stock Exchange and applicable law and, most recently, served as chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee during his tenure.
