The Registrant incurred additional operating expenses from the
three month period ended December 31, 2000 as compared to the
same quarterly period of the last fiscal year.  In addition, the
Registrant generated additional revenue for the period ended
December 31, 2000 as compared to the same quarterly period of
the last fiscal year.  These items result from the Registrant
working to implement its current plan of operation.
