Item 8.01 Other Events.

On August 21, 2008, Unify Corporation (the "Company" or “Unify”) issued a press release to announce that the NASDAQ stock market has approved its application for listing of the Company's common stock under the symbol "UNFY." Trading on the NASDAQ Capital Market will begin on Monday, August 25, 2008. The Company's shares were previously quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board under the stock symbol "UFYC."
