(OTCBB:UNFY), a leading provider of business automation solutions including specialty vertical applications, today announced financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended April 30, 2006. Fourth quarter total revenue was $3.4 million, compared to $2.8 million in the fourth quarter of the prior year. Software licenses revenue was $2.1 million, compared to $1.3 million for the prior year comparative period. Net income for the fourth quarter was $168,000 or $0.01 earnings per share, compared to a net loss of $605,000, or $0.02 loss per share in the comparable period last year. For the fiscal year ended April 30, 2006, total revenue was $11.2 million, compared to $11.3 million in the prior fiscal year. Software licenses revenue for the year was $5.5 million, compared to $5.2 million in fiscal 2005. Net loss for the year was $628,000 or $0.02 loss per share, compared to a loss of $2.4 million or $0.09 loss per share in the prior year. The Company ended fiscal 2006 with cash and cash equivalents of $1.9 million, compared to $3.7 million at April 30, 2005.
