CSB Bancorp, Inc. held the 2024 Annual Meeting on April 24, 2024. At the close of business on March 5, 2024, the voting record date, there were 2,664,967 common shares outstanding and entitled to vote. At the 2024 Annual Meeting 1,891,925 or 71%, of the outstanding common shares entitled to vote were represented by proxy or in person.
