During the three months ended March 31, 2016, approximately $10.0 million of contributions had been made to the Company’s defined pension benefit plans. The Company currently estimates its minimum contributions for 2016 to its defined pension benefit plans will aggregate approximately $31.6 million.
During the three months ended March 31, 2016, the Company made approximately $0.4 million of contributions to its postretirement health care and life insurance benefit plans. The Company currently estimates that it will make approximately $1.5 million of contributions to its postretirement health care and life insurance benefit plans during 2016.
