Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Note 13. Subsequent Events. Management has evaluated subsequent events through the date of the filing of this Quarterly Report and management noted the following for disclosure. *Note Payable* On October 28, 2013, an individual loaned the Company $75,000, pursuant to a promissory note bearing interest at a rate of 10%, and due and payable in full October 28, 2014.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
