Item 8.01 – Other Events
On September 28, 2022, Applied Energetics, Inc. issued a press release announcing the appointment of Kevin Gunde to serve on the company’s Board of Advisors. For his service during the first year, the company has granted Dr. Gunde options to purchase up to 30,451 shares of its common stock at an exercise price of $2.03 per share which options vest in two semi-annual installments. Further details regarding Dr. Gunde’s appointment are included in the press release attached as an exhibit hereto.
