On January 31, 2007, Joseph C. Hayden, the Executive Vice President-Programs of Ionatron, Inc. (the “Company”), and Stephen McCahon, the Company’s Executive Vice President-Engineering, each terminated their Sales Plan which previously entered under Rule 10b5-1 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 with a brokerage firm on August 23, 2006 and which had become effective September 1, 2006.
