(“Mid Penn”) and Riverview Financial Corporation (“Riverview”) issued a joint press release announcing the receipt of all bank regulatory approvals required to consummate the merger of Riverview with and into Mid Penn. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by this reference.
