On January 26, 2024, Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. (the "Corporation") issued a press release discussing its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2023. A copy of the Corporation’s press release dated January 26, 2024 is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

Additionally, on January 24, 2024, the Corporation announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per common share payable on February 20, 2024 to shareholders of record as of February 9, 2024.
