infoUSA to Acquire Mokrynskidirect

(OMAHA, NE)—infoUSA^® (NASDAQ: IUSA), the leading provider of proprietary business and consumer databases and sales leads, today announced it has signed a definitive agreement to purchase Mokrynskidirect of Hackensack, NJ. The transaction is expected to close on May 31, 2006. Since 1978, Mokrynskidirect has been a leader in the list brokerage and management industry with a customer base that includes many industry leaders.
