The estimated fair value amounts classified as Level 2 as of September 30, 2023 and December 31, 2022, were $5.8 billion and $5.8 billion, respectively. The carrying value includes deferred financing costs of $60.7 million and $66.4 million as of September 30, 2023 and December 31, 2022, respectively.
