Marketable Securities

       During the

months ended

June 30, 2017,

the Company acquired available-for-sale marketable equity securities for an aggregate purchase price of

$9.8

million. At

June 30, 2017,

the Company’s investment in marketable securities was

$14.5

million, which includes an aggregate unrealized loss of

$1.2

million relating to marketable equity security investments.
