As previously disclosed by American Mortgage Acceptance Company (“AMAC”) in filings on Form 8-K on January 4, 2008, February 5, 2008, and February 29, 2008, the Company has sold investment assets in connection with the termination of one of its credit facilities during 2008.  AMAC will require additional time to file the Form 10-K for 2007 in order to complete its review of values attributed to remaining investment assets in its consolidated financial statements.
