On December 17, 2018, National Health Investors issued a press release announcing it will pay a fourth quarter dividend of $1.00 per common share to shareholders of record as of December 31, 2018 on January 31, 2019. NHI Announces Fourth Quarter 2018 Dividend

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - (December 17, 2018) -- National Health Investors, Inc. (NYSE:NHI) announced today it will pay a quarterly dividend of $1.00 per common share for the fourth quarter of 2018. The dividend will be paid on January 31, 2019, to shareholders of record as of December 31, 2018.
