EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Amendment to the Form 6-K of Norbord Inc. originally filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 16, 2016 (the “Form 6-K”) is being filed solely to correct a typographical error on the signature page of the Form 6-K.
