The Company is filing this Form 10-Q/A to reflect restatements of its Consolidated Balance Sheet at April 2, 2016, its Consolidated Statements of Operations, Comprehensive Loss, and Cash Flows for the three months ended April 2, 2016, and the related notes thereto, as a result of the correction of errors primarily related to the Company's underaccrual of certain 2015 estimates, most notably for its sales commissions plan, its accounting for income taxes and an error to the net realizable value of acquired trade receivables impacting goodwill.
