NOTIFICATION OF THE REMOVAL FROM LISTING AND REGISTRATION OF THE STATED SECURITIES

The merger between ClearBridge MLP and Midstream Fund Inc. and ClearBridge Energy Midstream Opportunity Fund Inc. became effective before on September 09, 2024. Each share of ClearBridge MLP and Midstream Fund Inc. Common Stock was converted into 1.112539 Common Shares of ClearBridge Energy Midstream Opportunity Fund Inc.

The Exchange also notifies the Securities and Exchange Commission that as a result of the above indicated conditions this security was suspended from trading on September 09, 2024.
