NOTIFICATION OF THE REMOVAL FROM LISTING AND REGISTRATION OF THE STATED SECURITIES

The merger between Eneti Inc.and Wind MI Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cadeler A/S became effective before market open on December 29, 2023. Each share of Eneti Inc. Common Stock was exchanged for 11.36755 USD in cash.

The Exchange also notifies the Securities and Exchange Commission that as a result of the above indicated conditions this security was suspended from trading on December 29, 2023.
