NOTIFICATION OF THE REMOVAL FROM LISTING AND REGISTRATION OF THE STATED SECURITIES

The merger between Holly Energy Partners, L.P. and HF Sinclair Corporation became effective before market ppen on December 01, 2023. Each Common Unit representing a limited partner interest of Holly Energy Partners, L.P. was exchanged for 0.315 of a share of HF Sinclair Corporation Common Stock and USD 4.00 in cash.

The Exchange also notifies the Securities and Exchange Commission that as a result of the above indicated conditions this security was suspended from trading on December 01, 2023.
