NOTIFICATION OF THE REMOVAL FROM LISTING AND REGISTRATION OF THE STATED SECURITIES

Each Common shares of beneficial interest of Nuveen New Jersey Municipal Value Fund was exchanged for 0.89773103 Common shares of beneficial interest of Nuveen AMT-Free Municipal Value Fund.
