NOTIFICATION OF THE REMOVAL FROM LISTING AND REGISTRATION OF THE STATED SECURITIES
The New York Stock Exchange hereby notifies the SEC of its intention to remove the entire class of the stated securities from listing and registration on the Exchange at the opening of business on December 19, 2016, pursuant to the provisions of Rule 12d2-2 (a).

The merger between LinkedIn Corporation and a wholly owned direct subsidiary of Microsoft Corporation became effective on December 8, 2016. Each share of Class A Common Stock was converted into $196.00 in cash, without interest and subject to any applicable withholding taxes.
