NOTIFICATION OF THE REMOVAL FROM LISTING AND REGISTRATION OF THE STATED SECURITIES
The New York Stock Exchange hereby notifies the SEC of its intention to remove the entire class of the stated securities from listing and registration on the Exchange at the opening of business on April 15, 2016, pursuant to the provisions of Rule 12d2-2 (a).

The merger between Cameron International Corporation and Rain Merger Sub LLC, a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of Schlumberger Holdings Corporation, which is an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Schlumberger Limited, became effective on April 1, 2016. Each share of Common Stock of Cameron International Corporation was converted into 0.716 of a share of Schlumberger Limited Common Stock and $14.44 in cash, without interest.
The Exchange also notifies the Securities and Exchange Commission that as a result of the above indicated conditions this security was suspended from trading on April 4, 2016.
