NOTIFICATION OF THE REMOVAL FROM LISTING AND REGISTRATION OF THE STATED SECURITIES
The New York Stock Exchange hereby notifies the SEC of its intention to remove the entire class of the stated securities from listing and registration on the Exchange at the opening of business on May 11, 2015, pursuant to the provisions of Rule 12d2-2 (a).

The merger between BlackRock MuniYield New Jersey Quality Fund, Inc. and BlackRock MuniHoldings New Jersey Quality Fund, Inc. became effective before the opening on April 13, 2015. Each share of Common Stock of BlackRock MuniYield New Jersey Quality Fund, Inc. will be exchanged for an equivalent dollar amount of a full Common Share of Beneficial Interest of BlackRock MuniHoldings New Jersey Quality Fund, Inc.
