Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Note 8 – Subsequent Events On August 5, 2014, our Board of directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.13 per common share or common share equivalent to be paid to shareholders of record as of August 18, 2014. The dividend will be paid on August 28, 2014. See Note 2 for a discussion of acquisitions subsequent to June 28, 2014.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
