SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 13 — SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On August 10, 2011, the Company, the Frost Group and Mr. Spragens amended the Credit Facility discussed in Note 5 above to further extend the Credit Facility’s Maturity Date from June 30, 2012 to June 30, 2013. All other terms and conditions of the Credit Facility remain unchanged.
