Common Stock Repurchases	Common Stock RepurchasesIn January 2020, our Board of Directors increased the total share repurchase authorization from $75 million to $250 million. In the three months ended August 31, 2020 and August 31, 2019, we did not repurchase and retire any shares of our common stock. In the nine months ended August 31, 2020 and August 31, 2019, we repurchased and retired 0.4 million shares for $20 million and 0.7 million shares for $25 million, respectively. The shares were repurchased in both periods as part of our Board of Directors authorized share repurchase program. As of August 31, 2020, there was $230 million remaining under the current authorization.
