Noncontrolling Interest Of Centerpoint Corporation	3. NONCONTROLLING INTEREST OF CENTERPOINT CORPORATION: At December 31, 2011 and 2010, the Company owns a 58.9% interest in Centerpoint. Centerpoint had losses of approximately $2,850 and $3,200, respectively for the three months ended December 31, 2011 and 2010, respectively and $34,700 and $7,500 for the six months ended December 31, 2011 and 2010, respectively. The noncontrolling interest as of December 31, 2011 was $86,649.
