Noncontrolling Interest Of Centerpoint Corporation	3. NONCONTROLLING INTEREST OF CENTERPOINT CORPORATION: At September 30, 2011 and 2010, the Company owns a 58.9% interest in Centerpoint. During the three months ended September 30, 2011 and 2010, Centerpoint had losses of approximately $31,900 and $4,300, respectively. The noncontrolling interest as of September 30, 2011 was $87,820.
