not be filed within the prescribed time period.

     The Company hereby requests an extension until October 12, 2007,
     for the filing of its Annual Report on Form 10K-SB for the twelve
     month period ended June 30, 2007.  This additional time is necessary
     for the Registrant to complete preparation of the required audited
     financial statements. The Registrant plans to file the Form 10-K
     as soon as reasonably practicable.
