Ultralife Batteries, Inc. (the “Registrant”) is in the process of completing its audit for its fiscal year ended December 31, 2007 and requires additional time to allow its internal auditor and its independent registered public accounting firm to complete their reviews and finalize their reports. As such, the Registrant is not able to timely file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for its fiscal year ended December 31, 2007 (the “Annual Report”). The Registrant’s Annual Report will be filed on or before March 31, 2008.
