RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	12. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS As described above in Note 11, the Tenant and the Landlord were parties to the Lease Agreement. The rent expense, under the lease agreement, were $120,000, $135,000 and $135,000 for the years ended December 31, 2013, 2012 and 2011, respectively. As of December 31, 2013 there were no remaining related party transactions.
