The Company will hold its 2018 annual meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time at the offices of Morgan, Lewis and Bockius LLP at 101 Park Avenue, New York, New York 10178. The record date for the Annual Meeting will be April 15, 2018. All stockholders of record as of April 15, 2018 will be entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting.
