Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	*13.* RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS During both fiscal 2021 and fiscal 2020, the Company made consulting payments of $144,000 to Bioplastic Polymers LLC, an entity owned by Ramani Narayan, Ph.D., a director of the Company.
