9. Subsequent Event. The Company signed a lease for its headquarters space in Minneapolis for a three-year term commencing in July 2021 with monthly payments of approximately $8,300, inclusive of common area maintenance costs. A right-of-use asset and lease liability of approximately $183,000 will be recorded during the three months ended September 30, 2021.
