Commitments	Note H — Commitments The Company leases office facilities under non-cancelable operating leases. Some of these leases contain escalation clauses. Future minimum rental commitments under operating leases at March 31, 2015 are $15,324,000 in fiscal 2016, $12,906,000 in fiscal 2017, $9,554,000 in fiscal 2018, $5,398,000 in fiscal 2019, $3,212,000 in fiscal 2020, $5,136,000 thereafter, and $51,530,000 in the aggregate. Total rental expense of $13,951,000, $13,890,000, and $15,297,000 was charged to operations for the fiscal years ended March 31, 2013, 2014, and 2015, respectively.

The entire disclosure for significant arrangements with third parties, which includes operating lease arrangements and arrangements in which the entity has agreed to expend funds to procure goods or services, or has agreed to commit resources to supply goods or services, and operating lease arrangements.
