On August 2, 2007, Michael Weiss resigned from the Board of Directors of Pacific Sunwear of California, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Weiss’ resignation was due to his recent acceptance of the position of Chief Executive Officer of Express and not as a result of any disagreement with the Company.
