On June 18, 2008, Ambac announced its decision to terminate its ratings contract with Fitch Ratings Inc. (Fitch). Ambac issued a press release commenting on its decision. A copy of the press release, filed as Exhibit 99.01 to this Current Report on Form 8-K, is incorporated by reference herein.
