(b) On February 7, 2008, William T. McKinnon, a Senior Managing Director of Ambac Financial Group, Inc. (“Ambac”) and Ambac Assurance Corporation (“Ambac Assurance”) informed Ambac that he would be retiring from Ambac and Ambac Assurance effective February 8, 2008.
